BEN LIBRACH

Ben’s fitness journey began 10 years ago in 2012. He realized how unhappy he was with his body and with where his life was headed; he was tipping the scales at 305lbs and his self esteem was at an all-time low. It was time to take action.

Ben lost over 100lbs in his first year of working out and dieting, and has been addicted to the fitness lifestyle ever since. He is truly passionate about helping his clients turn their lives around and reach their fitness goals. If Ben was able to turn things around from the point of being 100+lbs overweight and depressed, you can too!

Ben has learned many things over the course of his amazing fitness journey, and he works hard to pass this knowledge on to his clients. When it comes to getting results and achieving your goals, Ben has narrowed it down to three pillars of success: consistency, accountability, and flexibility. If you are consistent with your workouts and your diet, you will do extremely well. If you join the Kronos team, you WILL be held accountable to your goals. Finally, you must be flexible; the workout and nutrition programs at Kronos are adaptable to handle whatever hurdles life throws at you. 

 

SAMANTHA LIBRACH

Samantha’s fitness journey started when she was at her ultimate rock bottom. She was chain smoking cigarettes, eating donuts for breakfast, and could not walk up a flight of stairs without stopping to catch her breath.

Samantha has first-hand experience with the temptations of wanting to buy into all the fad diets, energy pills, and starving yourself in conjunction with excessive cardio. However, she knows the actual secret to getting your dream body! The secret is this: find yourself a space where you can go and work the hardest you ever have, get an unlimited amount of support, have someone hold you accountable to your meal/nutrition plan every single day. That is what Samantha did and this is what she will do for you. She will be at your side all the way through your amazing journey because she knows how rewarding it is and how happy and confident you will be in no time! 

After losing half of her body weight all while building muscle and strength, she began competing in Crossfit. She has won several competitions, and competed at the North American East Regionals tournament in New York for the Crossfit Games. She has also competed in Olympic Weightlifting where she earned a silver medal at Canadian Nationals. Additionally, she competed at the RPS Canadian Nationals powerlifting meet where she ended up with a gold medal along with an RPS World Record in the deadlift with a 470lb lift! 

Samantha was not an athlete when she began her fitness journey. She was the furthest thing from healthy; she decided to change her life and set some goals and was sure to put her best effort forth in achieving them. Samantha works with people of all ages and abilities. She has clients that come to her for general weight loss and muscle toning. She also works with and can relate to high level athletes who need someone to help them build strength during the off-season, while ensuring they stay healthy and injury-free. If you are willing to set some goals and surprise yourself more than you thought possible, Samantha will be there with you every step of the way.
