"I was looking around for a personal trainer and tried out a bunch of them, but never felt comfortable. and then I met ben”

When I first met Ben, we sat down and set out goals for me. He took the time and explained how these goals would be reached. 

I began my workouts with Ben on July 2nd, 2019 and I was 290lbs when we started working together. Ben was very encouraging and supportive in the early workouts and was very patient with me as I was very out of shape and unsure of a lot of the exercises. Ben made me feel very comfortable and always drove home the point that we would reach my goal together.

As of today, I weigh 210bs, I have lost 14 inches around my waistline, have increased my strength and overall I have never felt better. His workouts are great and he pushes you. In the end, you will be very grateful that he did. 

I couldn't be happier that I chose Ben as my trainer. He has changed my life and my overall health and I would recommend him to anyone that wants or needs a personal trainer.

I decided to work with Ben as my personal trainer in order to achieve my fitness goals.

With Ben's constant encouragement and impeccable technical skills and coaching, I quickly saw the results I was hoping for.

I saw huge changes physically, and Ben taught me how to adapt my nutrition to fit my lifestyle rather than forcing me to stick to a rigid meal plan.

Continuing my training working with both Sam and Ben I have an entirely new outlook on fitness and have gained confidence in ways I never thought possible.

At 50+ and overweight is how my journey with Ben began. Since starting with Ben, I have lost over 25 lbs and 8 inches off my waist on top of gaining muscle I never had before.

I am the strongest I have ever been in my life and my chronic back pain and stiffness have been gone since the first month of personal training with Ben. My confidence has increased and I just feel great overall.

For me, a personal trainer isn’t just someone who helps you achieve physical results. They’re a strong source of support who pushes you to be mentally strong as well. It’s because of Ben that I was able to overcome my personal fears and insecurities to accomplish the results I have so far. He provides tough love, but is also your number one fan and is overjoyed when you successfully reach your goals.

He always says that it doesn’t matter where you start, it’s where you end up and the steps you take to get there that matters. And let me say that I’m so glad I took the first step and reached out to Ben because, without his expertise and encouragement, I wouldn’t feel nearly as good about myself, my health, and my body as I do now.
